One company provides the workforce. Another carries out the testing. Another specialist supports technical decisions. Procedures are prepared elsewhere, documentation follows its own route, and questions from site move between several people. On paper, every item has an owner. In practice, nobody sees the whole picture.

When time is running out on site, attention naturally shifts to what is happening right now. A specialist is missing. An inspection is holding the next stage. A non-conformity appears. A document needs to be corrected. The client is waiting for a technical decision.
Yet the real source of the problem may sit several weeks earlier. In a technical requirement that was missed during contract review. In a procedure that does not reflect actual conditions. In the assumption that a certificate automatically makes someone ready for a specific project. Or in the belief that the final documentation can be sorted out later.
At first, these gaps may look minor. Under schedule pressure, they can quickly turn into downtime, additional reviews, repeated testing, personnel replacement, traceability issues and unplanned project costs.
That is why cooperation can begin with a review of the technical aspects of the contract. AIRIZEN can help identify requirements, unclear areas, potential project problems and cost exposure before they are carried into execution.
In practice, this review may cover:
- technical specifications, client requirements and acceptance criteria;
- applicable codes, standards and the responsibilities assigned to each party;
- materials, welding and non-destructive testing requirements;
- personnel qualifications and their suitability for the actual scope;
- procedures, inspection and test plans, and method statements;

The aim is not to promise a risk-free project. In serious industrial work, that would not be credible. The aim is to see the risk early enough and stop a small uncertainty during preparation from becoming an expensive problem on site.
Available does not mean project-ready
Workforce discussions usually begin with questions: how many people are needed, which qualifications they must hold and when they can start. Those questions matter, but they do not answer the most important one: is the team genuinely ready for this project?
A valid certificate confirms a defined qualification. It does not automatically confirm familiarity with the client's requirements, reporting system, site conditions, applicable code, escalation route or expectations for the final result.
AIRIZEN therefore does not treat workforce as a separate recruitment task. A verified technical team should be connected to the scope of work, quality requirements, procedures, schedule and the way inspections and acceptance activities will be managed.
This may include welders, welding specialists, inspectors, non-destructive testing personnel, quality assurance and quality control specialists, and other technical professionals. The key point is not simple availability. It is genuine project fit.

Quality and compliance
Compliance should not begin when the final dossier is being assembled. It should be present in the contract review, workforce selection, procedures, testing, inspections and day-to-day technical decisions.
AIRIZEN's support may include interpreting ASME, EN, ISO and client-specific requirements, NDE Level III oversight, developing and reviewing non-destructive testing procedures, inspection and test plans, method statements, quality assurance and quality control support, audit preparation, non-conformity analysis and documentation control.
The value is not simply in producing a document. It is in making sure that the document, the work performed, the inspection result and the final record all describe the same reality.
Verified technical teams
The second area is about people, but not in the language of conventional recruitment. Workforce is one of the key operational risks in a project. Verification should therefore cover more than paperwork: experience, method, level of authority, mobilisation readiness and the ability to work within a defined quality system all matter.
That is the difference between saying 'we have people available' and being able to answer the real question: 'do we have a team that can enter this scope safely, competently and responsibly?'

Structural inspection is not the last item on a checklist
Inspection is sometimes treated as a final control step: someone arrives, checks the work and signs it off. In reality, a reliable inspection process starts much earlier, because the outcome depends on whether the requirements were understood correctly, the procedures were suitable and the work remained under control.
AIRIZEN carries out structural inspections and acceptance activities within the scope agreed with the client. This may include assessing whether the work complies with drawings, technical requirements and acceptance criteria, reviewing the quality of execution, verifying test results and checking whether the physical condition is properly reflected in the documentation.
Where final approval must be issued by the client, an authorised inspector, a conformity assessment body or another external organisation, AIRIZEN prepares and organises the material needed for that decision. This allows the documentation to grow with the project instead of being reconstructed after the work is complete.
Different frameworks. The same need for control.
Projects in different countries do not operate under one universal set of rules.
In the United States, ASME codes and extensive acceptance documentation will more often serve as the point of reference. In the United Kingdom, the precise assignment of formal roles and responsibilities of the participants in the process becomes particularly important.
Across Central Europe, projects more often rely on EN and ISO standards, national requirements and the acceptance rules set by the client or an external body.

The names of standards, documents and formal roles may change. The fundamental question does not: are the technical requirements, workforce, inspections, quality decisions and documentation managed in a way that allows the project to remain under control?
